Pally Bikash Kendra Audit Officer Job Circular 2025 Responsibilities
The Audit Officer will conduct internal audits of PBK branches, programs, and financial transactions. Key duties include: reviewing loan disbursement, collections, savings, deposits, and other financial activities; verifying cash books, vouchers, and MIS/software entries; performing bank reconciliation and asset verification; detecting financial irregularities and providing corrective recommendations; preparing independent audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up action plans; and participating in field investigations, including surprise visits. The officer will ensure compliance with organizational policies, PKSF guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Eligibility Requirements for Pally Bikash Kendra Audit Officer Job Circular 2025
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a recognized institution (no third division allowed). CA (CC) qualification is an advantage. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in internal audit with an MRA-registered and PKSF-partnered microfinance NGO. Candidates must be diligent, ethical, and willing to work in rural or remote areas across Bangladesh.
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bangla & English typing, internet use, and report writing skills are essential. Candidates must have a valid driving license and may be required to travel by motorcycle. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure in individual and team settings are necessary.
